Senator Ferns moved to amend the House amendment on page two, section four, subsection (b), subdivision (8), by striking out the words “the first name, last name and middle initial, address and birth date of the person picking up the prescription” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “information about the person picking up the prescription”;

And,

On page eleven, section nine, subsection (a), subdivision (8), by striking out the words “the first name, last name and middle initial, address and birth date of the person picking up the prescription” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “information about the person picking up the prescription”.
